About Carrier Connect

Carrier Connect is where health insurance companies apply to offer health insurance plans in the Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) program.

Postal service employees, Postal Service annuitants, and their eligible family members should visit the PSHB frequently asked questions to learn more about health insurance coverage.

Apply to the Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) program

1. Review the requirements for the PSHB program application (PDF).
2. One person from the health insurance company requests a new health plan profile.
3. The person who requests the health plan profile creates their account and can sign in to add new team members.
4. Any team member can sign in to submit an application to participate in the PSHB program. Applications are due August 31, 2023.
